Why do you finish too fast?

What this quiz measures
This quiz asks eight short questions about your timing, your warning signal before finishing, and whether the pattern changes with a partner versus alone. It takes about two minutes. At the end you get one of five patterns and the plan built for it.
Finishing too fast isn't one problem. Clinical practice points to at least five different patterns, and each one needs a different fix. That's why a technique that worked for someone else can do nothing for you.
- The Raised Bar: your timing is often closer to normal than you think. The fix here is recalibrating what normal actually is.
- The Hidden Clench: your body clenches without asking first. This is the most common pattern, and the most trainable. The fix is learning to relax the right muscles.
- The Pressure Spike: you have control alone but lose it with a partner. The control already exists. The fix is bringing it into the moments that count.
- The Hurry-Up: your body rushes because an erection feels unreliable. A doctor's check on the erection side is the real first step, alongside training.
- The Silent Alarm: your warning signal barely rings before you finish. The fix is training your body to hear that signal sooner.
The quiz was built with Integrated Pelvic Care, a team of pelvic-health physical therapists who treat this in clinic every week and train other clinicians to do the same.
