An educational training program built with pelvic health physical therapists. It is not medical care, and using it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. If something hurts, stop and see a health professional.
Who it is for
Adults, 18 or older.
Membership
Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime in the app; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a price ever changes, you will know before you are charged.
Your account
Yours alone. Do not share it, and do not copy, scrape, or resell the program content. The content belongs to Helmden.
No guarantees
Training outcomes vary from person to person, and nobody can honestly promise you a specific result. We show you your own numbers and let them speak.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Helmden is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
